A UNIQUE LOCATION

FREDERIKSGADE 1 has two galleries. The spacious, bright ground floor gallery was previously home to Copenhagen’s leading furniture store, NYT I BO. The many square metres, the central location and the distinct architectural details present an excellent venue for exhibitions and events. In addition, the row of windows out onto St. Kongensgade act as added exposure and an active exhibition platform far beyond opening hours.

On the third floor you will find the design house’s second gallery, with fewer square metres, yes, but with a sense of grandeur – high ceilings, an international atmosphere and a stunning view onto one of Copenhagen’s truly iconic buildings, the Marble Church.

AN ELEGANT FRAMEWORK

FREDERIKSGADE 1 continuously organizes exhibitions in collaboration with some of the house’s regular exhibitors, but the space is also available to external design brands, makers and agencies for the purpose of events, photo shoots or exhibitions for short or extended periods. Both galleries have the potential to make your event truly special, a compelling historical framework to bring people together or show works and products in.
